COVID-19 safety protocols are strictly enforced in our barber shop!!
As a small barber shop (sole proprietor), my personal and professional income is based solely upon the services I provide to you, my clients. Given the limited amount of available appointments per week, my goal is to do my best to provide you excellent and consistent service in a timely fashion. I simply ask when making an appointment with me that you do your best to keep that appointment. I understand that circumstances may arise that will bring about a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible the following policies will now be put in place:
Cancellations/Late Arrivals (Effective May 1, 2022)
At least a 2-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Failure to cancel at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a “no show”. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 2 hrs prior to your scheduled time (either by calling the shop or using the online booking service) I reserve the right to charge you up to 100% of your scheduled services. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments are made/rescheduled. Late clients will only be given 10 minutes after their scheduled time to arrive. After the10 minutes is up you will be marked as a “no show”. This is an effort to ensure that I can stay on schedule and not inconvenience others who have a scheduled appointment and arrive on time.
In return, this is my commitment to you:
If I fail to have you in my chair within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you will receive your scheduled services for that day at NO COST TO YOU (FREE)!
